After the episode of "teaching", I went on reading the papers. This time she "taught" me.. It went like this

Shannon: "Mummy, blah blah blah"
Mummy: "Yes"
Shannon: "Mummy, blah blah blah"
Mummy: "Yes, darling"
Shannon: "MUMMY, DON'T SAY YES! LOOK"
I immediately look up and Shannon asked: "Mummy, should put the cover this way? or this way?" (turning the clock cover around).

Ha! She knew that I was simply not listening and said yes for the sake of it! It was a awakening call. I had always tell Dh off when Shannon always excitedly said "Daddy Daddy...." but did not get any response from him. I guess I'm equally guilty of not giving her my fullest attention as well :p
