Last December Holiday, Shan's ballet school arranged for the kids to have small performances at the Clementi Mall. In addition, the school also arranged the gals to perform for MINDS as a form of charity outreach few months ago.

I thought it's great that the school expose the kids in various forms. Unlike the previous dance school that Shan attended, we were make to purchase new costume that easily cost up to $80 every year. Not to mention about the cost of tickets to watch them performing. This school was thoughtful and the costume purchased and used for year 2011 concert was re-used in 2012 in the mall and school performances.

Good time always passes fast! We had a scrumptious breakfast - 6 different types of porridge. They were yummlicious.
After breakfast, we proceeded to Waterdoci which is the largest water park and spa. Unfortunately, we got to keep everything in the locker and left us no chance to take photos in the water park. When you step in the locker which is differentiated by male and female, you see all shapes and sizes walking around freely (without clothes). Quite a sight! Anyway, we had the whole morning fun at the slides and wave pool. You also see those ajummma doing aqua aerobics in the pool.

After the water play, we were happily taking snap shots of the area when we spotted...



SNOW!! This time, the snow was pouring! What a magical feeling!! Thank god for such encounters!

Day 6 was a shopping day. The greatest buy that day was the odbo skincare products I lugged back. I swear by these products. These products are distributed by The Face Shop but I don't remember seeing them available in the malls. It's only in the factory that the tour guide brought us to. Another minus point of joining tour group that I totally loathe is the stopover at those tourist retail shop like ginseng and pearl powder.

Anyway, the highlights of Day 6 include

After skiing and tummy filled, we spent the afternoon at one of the most popular national park - Mount Sorak or otherwise called Seoraksan National park. It is the third highest mountain in South Korea with majestic view of mountains and valleys.
