Brought the kids to watch this musical play by Players Theatre this morning. Like all other plays we watched, this is as entertaining, if not more. The story is set in spain where it got great educational value to both kids and adults.

Of all people to dream about, Shan told me on 2 occasions that she dreamt of Mas Selamat! Whenever she spotted Mas Selamat poster, she will either point out to us and just rattle the name. Guess, the many many posters around created this undesirable effect on her. LOL

Brought the kids to Fidgets today. For $15/kid, they had fun from 10am all the way till 5pm. It's indeed a good deal to exhaust them. The baobeis together their friends, Fredrick, Lucas, Chermain & Issac enjoyed it so much! The big boys aka the daddies had their fair share of fun too! Compared to Go Go Bambini, it's alot bigger!

Had another round of celebration for Sky's birthday in school during his actual day. As Sky's having Kindersmusik that day, we leave him to finish his lesson and went back to pick the kids up in another hr time.
In between to another family celebration at Swensons, we brought the kids to Botanical Gdns - Jacob Ballas Childrens Garden.

Celebrated Sky's 3rd birthday at Julia Gabriel last Sunday. Bought the cake from the The Patisser which i thought would be less messier for his S&D class. Both kids and the parents like it very much!

The kids' school organised a BBQ session at West Coast Park to celebrate Mother's Day last Friday.
Sky enjoying the fishball
Sky's Eng & Chn teachers. Besides Teacher Esther, Ms Lim (Sky's Chn teacher) also attends CHC. Felt blessed that the kids are surrounded by christian teachers.
Shan's Eng teacher
Shan & her friend.
After the bbq session, the K1/K2 kids prepared a dance and a song (世上有妈妈好) item for the mummies. The mummies had to do a "small" dance with the kids. Sign! My camera chose to be no batt and i can't capture Shan's performance. After the K1/K2 performance, it's the nursery and; playgroup kids' turn. They also prepared a song for the mothers. Sky was shy and didn't want to join.
It was nice of the school to organise this event and the turnout was great. We mingled with other parents and get to know the kids' classmates. Shan especially had great time playing catching with her classmates and we had a hard time getting her to leave.
Finally, a "gift" is presented to the mothers at the end of the session

With the complimentary Nite Safari tixs from my colleague's hubby, we had to make the trip despite Sky was down with HFMD. So, poor Sky had to be confined at home while we enjoyed our night safari outing with Ah ma & Ah yi.
We reached about 8pm and it was already very crowded. We joined the queue to watch the Creature of the Night show. It was highly entertaining! After the show, we proceeded to the tram ride and got up close and personal with some of the wild animals. It was a different feel with the day Zoo. By the time we are done with the tram ride, Shan fell asleep. Interesting experience and Shan enjoyed it.

Sky is in the "Why" Phase as he's reaching 3 in a wk's time. Can't seem to answer his endless "Why" questions. He can be so persistent and keep asking why this and why that until I'm loss for words.
